We print our murals on high quality 130-150 g non-woven - fabric consisting of non-woven cellulose or textile fibers. Their main advantage is the ease of installation. Fleece keeps excellent shape, hence the non-woven murals neither deform during pasting nor do they warp after the application.

Yes, you can install Walldorado murals over an existing wallpaper providing it is not vinyl or a non-permanent glue-backed paper. Still, although you can go ahead with the project, it might not be wise to do so.

If you need to clean your wall mural, use a clean damp cloth to gently wipe the mural surface.
We would not recommend doing that... But… it is possible, provided, of course, that you cover it with water-based polyurethane to protect it from moisture. Do it at your own risk!
Our murals will not work on freshly painted walls. You must let your wall paint dry completely (2-3 weeks) before applying the mural.
Our murals are designed for the indoor use only and should be installed in the indoor space with an average room temperature (22°)
Let your mural hang for a couple of days. If the air bubbles still there, you can use a small pin or a needle to wring out the air.
Our prices are inclusive of all post and handling charges for deliveries within the EU. For deliveries to residential and business addresses in Europe (outside the EU) a surcharge of 12 EUR per item is applied. If you live outside Europe, please contact us before you place your order, and we will send you all information about shipping costs and delivery time to your country.
If your delivery address is outside the EU, there may be additional importation fees, taxes and duties imposed by your country’s custom authorities. You are fully responsible for such taxes and duties. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If you need to cancel your order, promptly contact our customer service representative at +46 70 273 13 17. The full cost of the goods and the delivery charge will be refunded. Please note that no changes are possible at our edge once your order is already shipped. In that case you should wait until the carrier attempts to deliver the shipment – just refuse to accept it or do not collect from the delivery hub. Once the shipment is returned to our warehouse you will be refunded for the merchandise cost less carrier’s transport charges.

All our products are shipped with DPD, UPS, and DHL. Please note that the delivery is door-to-door, and you will have to sign for your order. If you are not available to sign for your order, a carrier will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office desk. Please be informed that our products cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.
Delivery of orders (processing, packing, shipment) to the addresses in Europe takes in average 5-7 business days (from the order’s placement date), to the countries outside Europe 10-12 business days. It is worth noting that for delivery time to selected countries you may need to allow additional 4-5 days for customs clearing.

Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer free shipping to the countries within the EU. For deliveries to residential and business addresses in Europe (outside the EU), the shipping cost and customs clearing surcharge of 18 EUR per item is applied. If you live outside Europe, please contact us before you place order, and we will send you all information about shipping costs and delivery time to your country. You should also be aware that depending on your country of residence, there may be additional importation charges, taxes and duties imposed by your country’s custom authorities. You are fully responsible for such taxes and duties. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Due to the unique character of our products we are forced to be extremely restrictive as far as refund policy is concerned. You can arrange to return your order to us within 14 days for a full refund for the products that are still in their unopened packaging. Your delivery charge will not be refunded. To initiate a return, please complete the return request form on our website to request an RMA number.
Do not sign the consignment note / receipt without checking the following:
a) that you received all that is on the waybill
b) that the packaging is not damaged otherwise REFUSE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY!
c) If possible, open the package and verify that the products are undamaged
d) take photographs of what seem to be damaged on delivery, and forward to us so that we can quickly help you if something has gone wrong
e) if you discover damage after having received the delivery, you must save the packaging (including damaged one)
